One hour in. Beautiful color. Dry oaky & dried fruit on the nose, w some rustic notes. Very light on the palate, instantly get the rustic earthy barny notes. Bit of green as well. Then the palate washes away w fruit, some tannins, oak, tart fruit again, smokiness. Just delicious. Perfect drinking w balance and loads of life ahead.
