  Drunk at a restaurant. From memory.
  Nose shows signs of evolution and starts mushroomy, but these notes slowly move to the background, leaving in the foreground fruit (red, but not quite fresh anymore, rather mcerated in alcohol), the classical roses, and some forest floor. All in a nice, smooth package.
  Intense, deep, muscular and very smooth on the palate. Tannins still present but well integrated and fine-grained. Alcohol sticks out a bit.
