Dark Chocolate notes, medium long finish. Has a hint of herbaceous undertone which elevates this to keep this from being a fruit bomb. Came up to its sweet spot after an hour of air and warmth out of the cellar. Delicious!

This hit its sweet spot after about 90 minutes of air in the bottle. Dark fruit leaning a smidge to the savory side of the spectrum on the palate with a little bacon coming in on the back end. Medium long finish. Very expressive of the site. Will have to try a Frenchies tomorrow

Part I - fantastic, grainy tannins, blueberry notes, sharp/focused and medium finish

5 DAYS LATER!
Part II - a smooth blueberry medium long finish. Softened. No off notes. Amazing! Was a stranded last pour prior to travel and I almost just dumped it. Clearly has bones to last for years. Can’t remember having any wine (outside port,etc) that lasted that long with a simple cork on the counter.

In a fantastic spot! Tannins dropped. Good balance and long finish. Could drink up the aromatics - which is good - as the bottle disappeared quickly amongst friends

Used an aerating (“winged”) pinot glass. Was perfect for this. Very open for the first hour, quieted down for an hour and then hit its stride for the remainder. Good aromatics, medium fruit/finish

This started out great from PnP and hit its stride after an hour of air. The blueberry unctuousnes of the PS melds perfectly with the fruit of the cab sauv. Fantastic!

This was youthful and tight on opening. 6 hours reviewed an expressive well integrated cab. Still in a sweet spot 24 hours later. Would wait on opening my next bottle. Maybe in a few years

This wine was classic horsepower- savory, umami but a little wild on PnP(maybe a 92). 24 hours later and this is seamless! Long finish. Fantastic! Would either give this a several hour decant or wait a few more years to get into this.

Had on the heels of a 100% pinot meunier champagne. Smooth, balanced body w medium finish.
