Drank this beauty over two days and the evolution was great.
Its not your typical Burgundian profile, more like a natural Beaujolais with a distinct whole cluster, semi-carbonic profile.
Crunchy, mouth watery fruit mixed with spices, edgy for sure, very well balanced and long finish.

Omg this wine. Drank it over two days and it was as good from open to the last drop and if anything probably gained marginally on complexity and depth.
Dark and rich colour hint at a full bodied wine, and even if there is plenty of concentration on the nose of ripe fruit , leather and spice the mouthfeel remains delicate and in perfect balance, beaming effortlessly.
This wine is simply magic in a bottle.

off balance at this stage. the front palate has this strange disconnected sweetness followed by mid palate tartness, almost feels like you are drinking two separate liquids.
Nose is more like carbo gamay than pino.
i have a few more bottles and hopefully this wine settles over the next year or two

I could drink only this and be happy!
Exceptional wine with deep and complex aromas of fruits, fauve and floral. Great concentration, precise berries on the palate without being overbearing: power yet elegance all in balance. Some smokiness / spiciness. This wine takes you on a journey as it evolves in your glass with every sip. It's amazing. Had it in memory of Serge, and incredible human who left too quickly.

Tasted over a few days. Initially the nose was closed but the mouthfeel was exceptional : silky juice which coats the mouth with lasting smooth sensations. Zero bitterness yet good structure. Concentrated and centred small ripe berries mid palate.
Over the next few days the nose opened to ripe small berries, crushed raspberries / blueberries. The palate evolved towards more savory notes, dark tea, as if tannins initially exceptionally smooth became a bit more present as the fleshy side of the wine abated.

Jaw clenching acidity, as if the Chardonnay had been stripped of it's flesh down to its bare bones. Minerality on the nose but also a smell of an empty beer glass that did not go away over the 2 days of tasting. Some wines just vaporize out of the bottle, this one was left unfinished.

Crystal clear and translucent rubis colour. Distinctive notes of pimbina on the nose. Hints of freshly cracked black pepper. Playful mouthfeel with sensations of fresh and zingy alternating with sweet cranberry fruit. Captivating wine.

First time i try this one and wow it's in line with the best Coste Carbo i had years ago. The purity is there as always, some VA in just the right dosage, and the most impressive aspect is the concentration and precision of the small berries on the palate.

Whole cluster floral nose with exuberant aromas of red berries. Hints of toasted oak add a layer of complexity and elegance to a captivating bouquet. You get a sense that the fruit was treated with care: gently pressed, nothing bruised giving this wine precision and purity. Good acidity and length. Wonderful wine now, can't wait to try it again in a few years.

So silky, delicate yet vibrant.
Sweet red berries, nice acidity, very fine tanins.
I’m guessing destemmed before pressing.
Elegant, feminine, lovely wine.

Crazy how this wine changed since the summer. A lot more fruit forward , small berries, some floral and green notes. Light and zippy

Bright sparkling golden yellow. Long legs. Cooked apple and stone fruits on the nose and something pleasantly burnt. Honey as well.
Well balanced , nice acidity and long finish.

Nice deep yellow , golden hue.

White flowers , stone fruit , honey on the nose. It coats your mouth , the liquid is almost thick , more than silky, and balanced with the right amount of acidity and minerality.

It’s 14.5 % but surprisingly light and sharp. Classic in style with great tension in balance.

Apple nose on the empty glass.

Drank it alongside a MHB Aligoté 2019 which probably didn't help. The nose is dominated by hints of caramel from the vats which is rather unpleasant and not well integrated (yet?) Under-ripe fruit flavors giving it a green feel and bitterness on the finish and off balance acidity.

Bright pale yellow in colour.
The nose was forward with citrusy notes, some floral and most notably a pétrol quality bordering burnt rubber which was intoxicating.
This wine is vibrant from the first sip to the final and beams effortlessly throughout.
The mouthfeel is ample and silky with perfectly balanced acidity and strong minerality all in wonderful harmony.
I wish I had more, this is the Riesling of the year for me.

Lovely nose of spicy cherries. Some bubble gum VA in the first few minutes, which I actually really enjoyed as well, dissipated quickly.
The colour hot neon red! will get everyone talking.
Silky and expansive mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity on the finish to keep everything in balance.
Lovely wine.

Clear light yellow colour. Dry slightly rough and “casky” nose. Not as floral or fruity as some of her other cuvées, except for maybe a hint of pear. It’s more like a brut nature champagne nose than a Chablis in my mind.
Well balanced mouthfeel, and rocky minerality.
Well done and enjoyable but not my favourite MHB cuvée.

Cloudy, very effervescent, acidic with what feels like residual sugar. Rhubarb on the nose. I’m guessing this one needs at least a few more years of cellaring. At this time it’s out of balance and not a very enjoyable drink.

Transcends most wine tasting experiences I’ve had. The nose is simply intoxicating with aromas of small berries and stem floral in equilibrium, dancing really as if alive. Mouthfeel was beaming and lit up senses in harmonious sequencing. The finish is stunning with taste of berries, grillottes becoming a single horizontal line that keeps extending further. It was a truely moving experience.

light purple almost deep pink in color; gorgeous to look at. first nose was puzzling mix of lit match / pretzel. I cooled it and had it the next day. The fruit came out: small red berries, choke cherries, cranberries and the floral character of whole clusters. The aromas were fleeting, sometimes present sometimes hiding, ephemeral but glimpses of sublime. great fresh, sweet tart mouthfeel. better served cool and will probably benefit from a year in the cellar. special thoughts Julie's family and friends my condolences

Clear and light golden color. Nose has fleshy fruit sweetness and light floral. I think I'm picking up hints of delicate oak so I'm guessing used barrel elevage. Mouthfeel is ample and round with nice salinity and acidity offset. Great balance and length and overall what a treat; this is a very enjoyable wine!
