Drinking really well: silky tannins, full bodied and big/dark fruit finish. Could have held at least another year.

Love this big lush gem. Long finish, bright acidity, lots of dark berries.

Not for me, so we made sangria.

Still inky purple with smooth tannins and good acidity. This gem has really aged well and drank wonderfully after an hour decant. Probably could cellar a few more years but why wait?

Still plenty of acidity and backbone to this beauty. Still plenty of potential here.

A little thin and didn't age well in terms of complexity. Better experience with this wine last year and the year before. Drink now.

Still had great color and intensity. Could have held for 2 or 3 more years but drank so well with a 5 hour decant.

Merlot? Dense, inky, bright acidity, earthy fruit, and easy tannins. Outstanding finish. Bring to a syrah or cab tasting and throw them for a loop.

Bold red blend? Not sure what varietals are here but had firm tannins and restrained fruit of Bing and blackberry. Brightly acidic in really good harmony. Really enjoyed this Okanogan twist top and believe it could have laid down another 5 years.

Aged wonderfully and full of dark cherry and medium tannins. Perfect acidity in this balanced beauty.

Dense and chewy. Dark cherry, boysenberry, and tar. No sediment in the bottle. A real gem from Washington state and has the acidity and tannic structure to further evolve.

Really nice round, full, and balanced wine. Strong oak worked well with smokey toffee, coffee elements.

Rich, inky, smokey, and lush. To call it full bodied would be an understatement.

Way to go Okanogan AVA. One of the better efforts I have tried from this region. Ripe fruit, medium to full body with a kiss of aged balsamic. Fig, plum and cherry on the finish. A really nice wine from our Northern kin!

Ramsay makes better wine than this. Body is light to medium, not bright nor flat. Very simple and unsatisfying.

Medium body with nose of fern and lingonberry. Fruity and lacking tannin and acidity.

Medium to full bodied cabernet dominant blend. Notes of blackberry, earth, and oak. Non vintage but I believe most of the fruit is 2010 or 2011.

classic Malbec color and nose. Full bodied and well balanced acid and tannin. Leather, smoked bacon, dark cherry linger on the finish. Slightly bretty which may turn some away but works well in this bottle.

Drinking well. Soft, yet full bodied. Easing tannins and balanced fruit/acid. Wish I had a couple more to see where we'd be next year.

Full, ripe, will plenty of structure left. Soft tannins, smoke, and earth add to its complexity. Really aged nicely and not at all heading downhill. Will save my last bottle for a couple more years.

Dense fruit, subtle tannins, and balanced acid. Powerful from nose to lingering finish. Three hours since my last taste and it's nuances are haunting.

Pleasant nose, light but loads of fruit. Color a tish milky, but drinking really well. I'd say drink now and enjoy.

Popped and poured an ounce that was bright. Alive and promising on the nose of mid season fruit. First taste was bing cherry and fig. Tight on its edges as expected for its age, and more promise displayed. Decanted and drank over 2 hours. Not big or terribly complex but quite satisfying. Mid palate bursts with an abundance of fruit on tip, sides, and top of tongue. Quite good and may get better. Will report back in 2015-16.

Full body and opened nicely after about an hour. Ripe fruit, slightly floral on the nose. Silky mid palate and short, yet satisfying finish.

Crisp and elegant with tart green grape skin and sweet melon. Luscious mouthfeel. So, so good even for a white wine non-believer, such as myself.

Interesting to say the least. A touch sweeter than most sparkling Shiraz but big on the nose and loads of fruit on the finish. Much better after opening for 30 minutes, corking, and revisiting the next day.

Surprise of the day during a recent trip to Woodinville, Wa. Not typically my favorite varietal yet from nose to finish showed excellent structure and complexity. Just enough fruit, leather, and acid for an interesting balance.

Fruity nose. Body light to pale with shiny red to purple hue. Never started nor finished with interest. Flat. Revisited an hour after opening. At least it didn't worsen. Might drink decently with bolognese but I will put in my bolognese tomorrow instead.
