When first purchased these were disjointed and unappealing.
Has come together and drinking nice at the moment. Doesn't have any sense of place. Lime from Clare and round fruit feel from Eden valley. Do not think this is a long keeper. Drink the rest soon.
Red
Had started to leak so time to open. I initially seaweed iodine stinky but blew off. Full rich tarry palate, leather, mulled berries. Past best but still a great drink.
6hrs later had developed bitumen, balsamic and creosote.
Red
lovely aged wine. Soft fruit driven palate with oak under, mulberry, plum flavors rounded by age. Silky palate with leather and cedarwood.
Sadly my last bottle.

Big round fat palate dominates any acid freshness.
Underwhelming.
Red
brick red, with air the porty, prune characters came forward. Smooth on the palate. Started to fall apart with air.
Leaving it longer would have been a mistake.
