opened at 2:30 and left in bottle and started to drink at 5:30. just wonderful and better than i expected not that i should doubt Torrin. not one to speak of tasting this and that, but i go for aftertaste and smoothness and if good with food. to me no negative after taste, as easy to drink as can be and does enhance the food i am eating (tomatoes and burrata) i find the 2016 Paso's really doing well right now and this will not disappoint. how much longer it has I leave to the experts but i will try one a year for the next 4 years and then i will be out of stock

DRANK 1/2 LAST NIGHT AND THEN my wife gave up her tequilla and finished the rest. frankly it was great. finding the 2016's from Paso ready to go and truly performing now. don't know enough about wine to say it will improve or at what rate it will decline, but i would not hesitate to drink this if you have it. i have more and likely will drink 2 a year for a couple years and try to learn.

The ratings are right. Wonderful smooth ready. Give it some air. I am finding Paso 16’s to be very approachable right now. Time not running out nor any decline but most are impressing

OPENED and let sit for 2 hours then hooray. in balance, smooth, no after taste negative, with a long finish. well done. will wait to have another but glad i tried one of my 3. get's better and better in the glass. when my wife gives up her tequilla and wants more of this, after 49 years together it is a solid bet this is an excellent bottle of wine

Law with some age is just wonderful. while it is hard to hold for so long, their wine just performs magnificently with some time. for my Wife to say this is good (a tequila fan) says a lot as I know her tastes for 50 years. can it get better? who knows but it's in top form right now. drink up! it really is a 96 or 97.

well executed blend. popped the cork and started drinking 2 hours later. in balance, smooth, and lives up to the Torrin standards. 3 left and will try likely one a year.

day one as pop and pour so so but day 2 just wonderful. thus plan ahead and give this puppy time. don't pop and pour. decant for a few hours or open and put the cork back in and drink the next day. first day average but day 2 WONDERFUL

WHILE NOT a zin fan this bottle was a gift and to my surprise delightful and ready. smooth from the get-go and of course not big but not a typical zin either. maybe I need to open my horizons but there is only so much life left, and I likely will stick with my Paso favorites.

THIS was the first of my three and of course hard to believe the great ratings, but no longer. this is magnificent and loved by all my guests. I learned of the winery by reading Saxum notes from others so a thank you to Saxum. check out Seduire. i will buy every bottle Andremily offers me in their club. it is what wine should be. in balance, smooth, no aftertaste, and just GREAT

GOOD for sure, but not great. had the 2018 insolent last night and that was great so I thought I would try another that i had not tried. how we learn. don't get me wrong, this is a nice bottle but when i compare it does not measure up to the other...........in a year i will try the 2019 and if i feel the same i will put my bucks into the insolent
