  I drank this fairly cool, which probably helped it hold what structure it had left. But as per other notes, and mine, this wine seems past its due date. I'm not sure why the winery says this wine had the legs to go this distance.
  Lightly flowered nose. Not much else.
  Astringent. Some remnants of red fruit. Shortish finish. Very Burgundesque. This bottle retained the most of what this bottle once was.

  Still a rather murky, green, somewhat astringent wine for me. I did not hate it this time, but it just seems disjointed to me. Smash up between a pinot and a syrah, or a grenache blend. Just a weird profile. Not really for me.

  开瓶即饮，中到淡宝石红色酒液，闻香是李子、草莓，奶油香气和甜香料味。入口酸度中高，酒液很咸，有些矿物感，酸梅汤的感觉，单宁非常细腻，几乎感觉不到颗粒，红黑果混合的香气，一些紫罗兰的花香，能感受到一些冷凉的特征，收尾是丁香，豆蔻等辛香料味，余味是甜美果味和橡木桶带来的香草奶油味。桶香活泼，口感时尚，做得很优雅，和法国北隆的西拉以及澳洲热产区的色拉子风格都不一样，很有辨识度，萃取偏轻，酒体不重，非常容易入口，很愉悦。就是突出的甜香料味对我个人来说需要努力去适应。

  Long day decant, drank cool (at its best)
  Ruddy burgundy in color, full bodied
  Loamy, earthy, meaty nose. Some green vegetable
  Flat, no depth, short on fruit. Washed out. VERY underwhelming.
  I will come back and rate this after my next bottle, as this is either a flawed bottle, way past its prime, or just lousy wine for the price. Would score this low 70's at this point if this is what it is.
