Developed and medium deep color. Shy nose. Initially some dark chocolate and meat juice bordering on bullion, in a good way. Intense and fresh acidity, no tannins left. Rather long. During the evening the bullion took precedence over the meat juice. Clearly advanced and has begun its slide downwards.
