10112022 - Borgogno Dinner at DC TTDI. Immediately picked up ‘Sugus’ Blackcurrant chewy candy upon a fresh pour. A candy that most Msians my generation enjoyed maybe 30 years ago. I am torn between this & the Liste to pick my winner for tonight. This has all the sensuous oomph characters of the other bottles tonight - but I really enjoyed the much more robust and grippier tannins on the palate. Gave it more body and texture with the super long finish. My 2nd fab pairing with the A5 Miyazaki Beef
