With steamed lobsters and asparagus, the wine is beautifully colored, bright intense yellow, with aromas of white fruits. Refined texture with good flavors and minerals and a long finish. A little lacking in depth, but for a simple Puligny Village, it is just beautiful.

Consumed over two nights. Night two showed a bit more weight and depth than the previous night. The nose shifted from a white fruit and mildly (albeit pleasant) stinky cheese-like aroma on the first night to more red apple and petrol tones. The palate displays white shale, oyster water minerality and white peaches. Very pleasant and pleasing to see evolve over the two nights. It seemed that no two consecutive glasses tasted the same, which made for a thought provoking wine.

not bad for a village wine; good structure, but missing a little something on the mid-palate and finish
