93 g sr. Maturing fruit and petro on the nose; moderate sweetness, slightly bitter finish - which is not unpleasant. Could do with even more freshness.

Riesling Tasting: Kerosene, quince, mineral and slate. Fine, bright acidity. Well balanced - it is rich but very long and the detail in the fruit shines through. Will age beautifully.

Rare Wine Dinners Cellar Dinner #1 (Vamp Bistro, Five Ways, Paddington): sulphur notes dominate slight pineapple and ripe apple on the nose. More sulphur on the palate, off dry with notes of apple and slight pineapple. Still a touch simple. Needs a few more years for me.
