Aromas of sawdust, fresh strawberries and cherries, coffee beans, and mocha. Impressive flavors of red raspberries with a real ripeness to it. Secondary flavor of roasted coffee beans. Dark rustiv berries come through on the long and flavorful finish. This wine is clearly on a different level. Strong gripping tannins suggest drinking through 2020. ($26)

Fight Night Wines (Washington, D.C.): medium purple color. the nose shows ripe cherries, a bit of leafy action, just a hint of tobacco. good structure, well-balanced with solid tannins and good acidity. tannic, but the tannins feel chewy and sweet. medium finish. could with some cured meats and bread. would be a great pizza wine.

Soft aromas and flavors of earth, leather, and red fruit. Soft tannins and mild acidity. Drink now.

Very tasty stuf. Brigth red fruit, a hint of green herbs and a touch of creamy oak. Warm and fresh at the same time.
