This is delicious! I had trouble with the cork - very dry, it broke in half, but didn't crumble. I decanted but had first glass immediately. No sediment. Nice ruby color. A bit of fruit (cherry, blueberry) up front. Nice long finish. Balanced but with a pleasant chewiness. I will try again tomorrow to see if it mellows further. This 2008 vintage can stay in cellar - hold or drink now. My first experience with Forman - I'm a fan and hope later vintages are as well made.

What I believe was a PnP (not my bottle), and enjoyed over two hours. In a really great place now, showing some age to the color; the aromas and palate are in very fine shape. An elegant full body, with early tertiary, and lovely secondary characteristics. Blue-fruited, with fine, sweet tannins that gently frame this classic beauty. Such a treat to have visited it in this moment, even if it does have a long road ahead, too. highly recommended

Wow, just drinking great here. Not sure how people think this drinking window closes this year (‘23); I prefer the way Forman wines age. Just beautiful.

First grilled burger of spring. Forman is an under the radar wine. The 2008 is in a perfect place.
