  Black cherry, anise, cobbler. Smooth with bitter walnut tannins.

  This is a rich yet restrained California Cabernet that is still quite young, but showing incredible promise. Another five years in bottle will reveal this wine to be a superstar. Elegant, evenly balanced, fruit forward but not over the top, and plenty of complexity.

  Medium bodied with rich lush fruit of raspberries and plum. Very enjoyable cab with a smooth finish.

  Deep ruby color with slow legs. Oak, cassis and blackberry on the nose. Plum, black cherry, licorice and cola on the palate. Long velvety finish.
