Yellow gold. Nose of apple, anise and flowers. Delicious, mature but not fading. Conventional cork

La Paulée de New York: Vertical Tasting (Colicchio & Sons - New York NY): Tasting. Fat fruit aromas, more precise and lean on palate. Easy to enjoy, just a slight notch below the 2008 and 2007 vintages also tasted here.
(Most of) The Burgundy Verticals Tasting at La Paulee 2013 (Colicchio & Sons, New York): Ripe citrus, big wine, some wood but an admirable mineral finish.
La Paulée de San Francisco 2012 (San Francisco, CA): Super pretty clean mineral, clean cotton laundry nose. Palate has some sweet caramel behind it, more apples, and a nice round character. Lovely.
Some Notes from the 2012 La Paulee Grand Tasting (Westin St. Francis, San Francisco): Subtle, middle weight, nicely balanced wine.
