nose- floral, melon, custard mouth - custard creamy mouthfeel, good richness here, yet restrained in terms of primary fruit. would pair well with fish or clam chowder (New England or cream based). some waxy paraffin flavors emerge. an interesting albeit expensive component of my vinous education.

Deep lemon, although it has a bit of premox it is drinking very well. Lot of lemon zest, lime grapefruit with vibrant acidity and amazing only 12.5% alcohol

淡金黄色,闻香有明显的橡木桶影响,白芝麻,杏一类的香气,入口高酸,酒液咸,矿物感,成熟的核果香气,后段有植物味和辛辣感,还有一些蜂蜜焦糖香气。酒体丰腴,余味悠长。用桶高级,酸度有点冲,香气华丽,有着漂亮的集中度,给人充满能量感的感觉。Pierre Morey 的作品果然从不令人失望,非常好喝,属于能给的都给了,细节稍微粗糙了一点,主要是酸度有点爆。
