No signs of premox. Nice colour. I was expecting a lot but overall I was very disappointed. Oak and gunflint dominate. Little fruit left. Powerful acidity but no elegance or softness to the mouthfeel. Not my style of Puligny at all. I like his Volnays a lot more.

Good, but I honestly expected more from this esteemed bottling. This came off a little sedate and muted, and lacking the concentration and excitement that I have come to expect. It's mildly waxy, with decent richness and acidity, but in general lacks a more expressive flavour profile. This was better the second day, but not by that much.

Three and a half years on from my previous bottle of this and this feels a decade younger. Rapier like in its elegance, line and cut. After 48hrs this is starting to be a little less aloof, but still so poised and focussed. Come back in a decade! **(**1/2)

PNP beautiful fruit driven nose, but still quite closed on the palate. Decided to decant and the wine started to open. While delicious I felt the palate could be more integrated. Not quite as fresh or balanced as the more recent vintages. 92 points not sure if it ll get any better with more cellaring.

2010 Was a Good Vintage in France (Jordan's Place - Chicago IL): Rich with very good depth, but dark color and more fully mature than I would want at this age.
