D+0h: no deposit in the filter or in the bottle, cork smells strange, the wine itself smells of gooseberry, D+4h: dark as ink, at the rim purple red, smells of wet cardboard and also a little bit of blackberry, medium body, in the mouth wet cardboard, blackberry and a bitter note, in the aftertaste the same sour and bitter sensation, I guess this would have been a good wine if it had not been corked.

Full clean purple. Very treackly. Wonderfully developed aroma's of blueberry, blackberry, black currant (cassis), vanilla, cedar, and cinnamon. Massive flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black currant (cassis), balanced tobacco, sandalwood, and vanilla. Full bodied. Smooth, fleshy texture. Great finish! Excellent for showing what a Greek wine can be! Should be improving still...

Smooth with well integrated tannins, medium acidity, medium body, respectable finish. Red & black fruit on the nose and palate. Good once more, excellent with roast chicken.

Oinorama Wine Fair 2010: (oinorama 2010) This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Limnio (50-50), it has spent 6 months in oak. It has a cherry color, the nose is simple, dull, a little earthy with a hint of fruit in the back. In the mouth it is better, the tannins are extremely soft and has a short aftertaste. A simple everyday wine.
