Deutlich konzentrierte und nicht ganz trockene rote Frucht, die in Holz gekleidet daherkommt. Der Wein präsentiert sich toll gereift mit viel Volumen am Gaumen und mittlerem Nachklang. Echter Spaßwein mit Chakakter und Niveau.

Dark ruby. Oak has been somewhat integrated since my previous note, but still it is quite evident, especially after the wine is aerated for a couple of hours. Sweet vanilla, red and dark cherry, lactic notes and eucalypt on the nose. Medium-bodied, fairly sweet, with soft tannins, ripe fruit and balancing acidity.

Oinorama Wine Fair 2010: (oinorama 2010) This is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Limnio and 20% Xinomavro, it has spent 12 months in oak and another 12 months in bottle. Cherry slightly hazy color, the Cabernet is more apparent in the nose with a few fruits and some spices. Nice texture, full mouth, cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg, medium aftertaste. I think it will develop for another 5 years and it will stay there for 5 more.
