No recent notes on this so wanted to add some data. Opened a magnum purchased on WineBid back at Thanksgiving. No specific notes but it was memorable - absolutely singing with medium fruit and a solid acid backbone, showing some oxidation from age but just begging you to go back for more. Glad I bought 2 and I really hope the other is in a similar place. Beautiful wine that felt near peak from mag, I don't know why you would hold at this point. Enjoy!

Knowing that this wine shuts down for several years, I held it hoping to reach beyond its dumb stage. I succeeded .... only to find it showing very clear signs of oxidation. Pear, pineapple and lychee nut on the attack for sure. Orange blossom, apple leaning to baked apple transition to the finish of .... oxidized wine. With salmon mustard-basil-walnut crust. 13% alc. Recommended with reservations.

decidedly amber colour now but no oxidation on the palate. wonderfully mature wine with layers of flavour and bags of stuffing. how much longer will it last?

I thought this was showing a little oxidative caramel and the fruits were a little raisined. Looked to be plenty of material here and I suspect a sound bottle would be drinking very well.

I won't rate this one as well as I will never buy one again! I don't believe it was in a bad shape, just did not like it at all.
