14% alcohol. Short cork of good quality. Medium to dark colour with minimal thinning at the rim.
Lovely nose, rich but nor over the top, with wild berries and some strawberry coulis. Very well balanced in the mouth with excellent acidity in the finish and surprisingly good grip; mostly red fruited.
In perfect condition with quite a few years to go on this plateau of maturity.
This wine tastes well above its status. A repeat purchase.

This has arrived looking like a mini-neuf. Round, mature, fruit is quite rich, Grenache galore here. Very local and relaxed. Seems mature - will keep, but no need, drinks very well.

Un autre joli mini Châteauneuf, expressif, fruité et frais, avec une savante expression de garrigue. Savoureux, un brin rustique quand il n’a pas assez aéré, ceci n’enlève rien au plaisir qu’il offre. C’est énergique, avec des notes de kirsch et de fruits rouges. Excellent. 89-90 pts
