HDH Auction; 12/13/2014-12/14/2014 (TRU): Past its prime, although the palate still has some pretty apple, pear and citrus flavors, although it kind of falls apart on the finish for me

Also a 375ml, but have cellared personally since release. Last bottle I have & First time tasting in maybe a decade. Still fun and delicious.

Would consider this DOA. Smells like somebody tried to roast fennel doused in stale butter.

Clear medium yellow color. Lovely bouquet of lemon oil, apple, fresh daisies, crushed limestone. Similar on the palate, fresh and pure, delicious.

HDH auction tasting at Tru; 12/12/2014-12/13/2014 (Chicago, IL): The nose had a bit of creamed corn and citrus, and I thought it'd be alright. On the palate though, the stewed and browned apples are a dead giveaway. Its glory days are past.
