Precise nose of lime citrus and white flowers. Very pure and clean, notes of mineral pools, with good lift and breadth, and hints of white peach.
A lovely sweet, succulent perfumed attack, excellent intensity, and plenty of acidity, and then a clean, crisp soda-like mid palate. Elegant and pure, some tension and a light mealy/leesy character on the long, lifted finish. Very smart.
