Reductive on the nose and fresh lime and lemon with a real flint/minerality to it. A lovely wine but think it would benefit from a couple more years to fully round out!

Youthful w/ still some wood to resolve. There is substantial material here w/ excellent minerality and citrus. Right now just begs for a couple more years in the cellar so its oak can meld, and all the other ingredients come into harmonious balance. That said, this has excellent intensity w/ mouth-coating flavors. Just needs to develop a bit more finesse. I knew I was opening it a bit early if I expected all elements neatly in place. Happy to have 2 more that Ill spread out to 2025-2030.

As a basic PM, this is killing it. There is a richness and clarity in dynamic tension here.
Nose is true with Chard fruit less tropical and more white currant and fraises. The elevage is apparent but is more a layer than the dominant. Grilled lemon, pork fat and olive leaf come out. Finish does emphasize the cellar more than the source which is problematic. Nicely layered and complex so the tensions are more abstract than stressful. Has an appealing core of lime leaf, PM minerality and vibes that work.

Crispy, clean but not over-mineral.
