  No detailed notes taken. Overall impression of very structured Chassagne at its prime. Lemon, flowers nose and lots of mineral notes. Palate showed good acidity and balance.

  This is a splendid wine in its prime. We had a tableful of people in lively conversation, not focussed on what was in their glasses, but this grabbed the attention of everyone who tasted it. Medium weight, moderate acidity, with distinct tropical fruit flavors (coconut, particularly), some nuttiness and salinity, and a long finish. No oxidation.

  Not showing the overt oxidation of the previous bottle but def drinking now is the right move. Nose of sea shell, flint / smoky minerals. Fruit is discreet. Elegant, creamy, showing great acidity to balance with long finish of sea shell, touch of spice, apple??...
