Classic Chassagne. Still very young in color with clear green streaks in a clear, light yellow robe. Fine, but a little muted nose, dominated by peach, pear and yellow apples, as well as a very fine note of all spice, and some oak (but less than what I remember from my last tasting of this wine). Medium to full bodied, still very young fruit dominating the mid part (pear, peach), fine acidity, and a fine aftertaste where the spicey tones emerges again. Very nicely oaked, although the vanilla flavors are clearly detectable. Not a wine for those wanting the punch of a Meursault, more for those looking for an elegant white like Corton Charlemagne. Impressively young. Should be aged for at least five more years.

Pale straw yellow colour. Wonderful nose with butter, hazelnut, ripe peaches, really detailed and layered. Palate was surprisingly light bodied, but full of tension and poise, crackling with mineral energy, lemon and a spicy finish. Delicious white burgundy, early in its drinking window.

Very approachable again. Good body, with citrus notes (lemon), oak and a long finish.

Wonderful again. Firm backbone, with good acid, and notes of white flower, lemon, toasty oak with a medium finish.
