The purest classic claret, with fruit, terroir, and oak in harmonious balance to yield old-library, saddle-leather perfection. Sure, there are plenty of more complex and noble clarets for a lot more money, but I could drink this every day and be a happy gourmand.

Nice ruby hue, on the lighter side, with scents of ripe cherry, leather and forest floor, and even hints of cigar definitely grabs your attention. It has good acidity, more delicate than not, but not thin. The elements are blended harmoniously, and has a solid finish. Last bottle of 6, one that I will miss.

This is drinking beautifully. Modern and generous Bordeaux with lovely fruit, concentration and balance. I like everything about this wine. Perfect with a Sunday roast. Splash decant. Nine dart finish.
Please note: The 2010 Picque Caillou has nose-dived in the last year or two. It might be a good idea to crack into your case of 2014 as the early years could be the best.

OK. Seems good, hard to tell if is is better than 15 and 16. Certainly, in the zone; Again a bit a/c 13.5. Was a bit cold when tasted.

In spite of what others might say, I don't think this is ready yet. Three more years...
