  Nothing wrong with this wine. Honored to try it. Not much fruit left, acidity and tannin remain. Not offensive. Very delicate/hard to puir with any stronger flavors. Try onion soup, or beef bourguignon.

Cindy says it may be the best wine she’s ever tasted...at the very least, it is one of the most personally significant. We only regret that one bottle is all we had.
