  At various points this showed a combination of hazelnut, nougat, mint, yellow baked apple fruit, butter, spices, oranges, and minerals, but with the harmony and integration you only get in mature wines. A little thin at first but filled out with air, and had wonderful lingering length. A beautiful aged white burg.
