  中金黄色，刚开瓶时有些还原，闻香有一股鲜味，奶油，植物气息，枇杷一类黄色水果，还有小白花的香气，奶油蛋糕的香味非常诱人，入口酸度中高，酒液很咸，很矿，口感辛辣，植物混合着核果香气，奶油蛋糕的味道，后段有些回苦，集中度很棒，酒体紧致，口感年轻，没有丝毫氧化感，余味满口焦糖味和奶油蛋糕，甚至有点奶油爆米花的感觉。此时的感受是酒很成熟，但是状态很紧，不够精致，缺少一些细节。醒酒器两个小时后，酒的状态逐渐打开，不再有还原的气息，取而代之的是淡淡烤芝麻，饼干，白花，梨，以及焦糖的香气，口感很干净，依然很咸很矿，梨和饼干的香气，表现优雅而又内敛，漂亮的结构感，余味很舒展，这时候让我感觉到它是一支细节精致小姐园了。
