  • Deep golden in the glass. Nose developed with aromas of ripe pear, overripe peach, canned pineapple, nougat, roasted peanuts, sea salt. My friend said to not expect much from this wine because it was “past its peak”, but this was actually drinking so good. Not at an ideal stage, but also not overdeveloped. Moderate acidity and alcohol, with some solid fruit concentration still kicking. One or two more years left in this easily. Blind, would definitely guess white Burgundy.

  • On the nose, it almost felt like an aged burgundy, I would have thought the grape is Chardonny if I blend tasted this wine. On the nose, quite nutty with almond, a tough of honey, and white flowers. on the palate, acidity was quite gentle, roasted nut, and the finish was polish. The grape should be majority of Marsanne and some Roussanne.

  • Nose had chrysantheum, nut fruit and botrytis just like an aged burgundy, maybe roulot. Palate had hint of petrol and nut fruit while the acidity was really sharp. Ridiculous good wine that is definitely under the radar.
