D&T over for supper. Not as much slate and mineral as last bottle. Opens with some petrol but gives way to a wine with slight oxidative qualities, nuts and maybe pine resin. The girls weren't fans but Dustin and I were. 1 left - seemingly at least a few years left. 91
Drank with roast chicken. Deep gold color. Medium to full bodied. Lost some of the flowers but complex and interesting. Developing some petrol. Touch of honey. Think it may not have a huge amount of time left but it is a wonderfully aging white.
Deep gold color. Pronounced nose with aromas of tropical fruit, quince, star fruit, and citrus rind. Full-bodied on the palate, with flavor characteristics that match the nose. Medium acidity, low tannins. Medium-plus length. This is a superb Rhone white.
