This bottle was not as fresh as the previous bottles. such is life with natural corks. Still enjoyable but lacking the focus and edge of previous bottles

Another outstanding bottle. Not even a suggestion of any oxidative notes. In retrospect, I wish that I had decanted this 15 year old Chablis. It kept getting better and better over 3+ hours; even a few ounces sitting in a glass. Classic Chablis characteristics combining excellent ripeness with a firm acid backbone givivng the wine tension and texture all at the same time. Very long finish. You simply cannot go wrong with the Fevre Chablis grand cru and premier cru.

Pale gold with the mereist hint of copper. The huge pineappley nose was more evident the second night. Very gentle caramel. Powerful but soft. Enough freshness to keep it from being clumsy. Delicious. Don't wait too long though.

Drinking extremely well right now. No signs of Premox or oxidation. Great intensity and complexity. Everything I look for in a Chablis with saline character, citrus fruit and great focus. No hurry to drink.

Absolutely great showing for this wine. It's very difficult to surpass Fevre for consistent high quality in Chablis. Just the right balance of freshness, rich texture and salinity. Impressive concentration without the wine ever becoming heavy. Great showing. Drink over next 3+ years
