Straw yellow, clean and clear Dusty, chalky, stewed apricots, high minerality, some petrol Apples and lemon peel coupled with notes from the nose. Buttery, slight acidity, bitter hints
A good Chablis for sure, but was hoping for more after this amount of time in the bottle.

This penultimate 375, unlike the previous pen penultimate 375 (from last week) is very alive and very wonderful.

Tasted again, this time in the context of a Vaillons line up of 6 vintages. This and 2005 were the best. This remains fresh and tight.
