PNP. Cork was a little dry, use a Durand on the next bottle. Mature nose, dried fruit, spice and a little funk. Glorious palate, light weight with a saline infused texture showing complexity featuring aged cherry flavors with a light touch of a acidity and a long finish. Drinking nicely.

Burgundy Mitch brought this on vacation (Mexico) and this got a quick double decant before dinner. Dark, bricking and had an immediate charm in the soft approach and tasty mature flavors. Silky but with good underlying tannin's that were round and gave this good authority. Was drinking well but started drying out a bit after about 45 minutes so may be entering it's post prime period. Time to drink and enjoy.

Getting some nice development and showing some classic “shtank” while retaining classic rich dark fruit. 93+
