  醒酒两个小时，中到淡紫红色，闻香有面包吐司，糖，水果糖，草莓和浓郁的玫瑰花香，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口回甜，单宁紧致，细砂纸颗粒，有强度，草莓糖的香气，喝起来浓郁、集中，有一瞬间感觉在喝水果糖浆，余味是爆棚的草莓和玫瑰花香。很强壮的一支酒，浓缩，炎热，甜美，还没完全醒开，继续醒酒两个小时，表现更加甜美愉悦，糖的香味很明显，余味悠长花果香。很讨喜的一支酒，享乐主义，让人很满足，对我而言精细感上有所欠缺，结构和线条也不太清晰，风格过于直接，也许它需要漫长的陈年变得有深度。

  갑자기 일정이 바뀌면서 마시게된 영 버건디.
  결론부터 말하자면 처음의 아쉬움을 씻어낸 부르고뉸 역시 부르고뉴.
  그래도 (평범하게 구하는) 한국 가격을 고려하면 마셔야 하는지도 동시에 의문.
  
  처음 따르자마자는 유산 발효, 요거트 비슷한 향이 지나쳐서 좀 놀랐다.
  아주 약간 달달한 꽃향기가 느껴지긴 하는데 강하지가 않다보니 크게 두드러지지 않는다.
  그러나 시간이 조금 지나고 안정되니 아주 깨끗한 천을 빤듯한 향이 난다. (차마 걸레라고 썼다가 바꿈..)
  
  첫 입은 마친 보르도 영빈을 마시는듯한 까끌한 탄닌도 조금 느껴졌다.
  조금 시간이 지나서 안정이 되니 훨씬 좋아지면서 우아해지는 기분이다.
  다만, 향에 비해서는 팔렛은 시간이 지난다고 훠얼씬 좋아지는 것 같지는 않다.

  I am starting to like the 2018 vintage more and more. Opened for an hour then drank over two. Blackish ruby red color, very intense for a Burgundy. Nose of vanilla, black and blue fruits, spices. On the palate very dense and powerful, lots of structure, some stone and earth amidst the amazing black and blue fruits, finishes with touches of nutmeg and cocoa. Very long and beautiful. Very young but oh so approachable now.

  Corney Barrow EP18 tasting- Slightly reductive on the nose with cherry, spice and vanilla oak. More elegant on the palate compared to the village and prem cru wine. Sappy and crunchy red fruit on the palate. Light on its feet.
