From half bottle. Ginger, honey, apricot, peaches on the nose. Very complex palate and super rich and concentrated. Honey, apricot, nectarine, peaches, ginger on palate along with vanilla and apple tart pastry. Very good.

Drank from 375ml. Quite light in color for a Sauternes. Showing lemon curd, honey, apricot, peach, and subdued botrytis on the nose. Full-bodied, concentrated, and very sweet on the palate, with good length. The sweetness dominates and there isn't enough acidity or complex botrytis flavors to balance it out. Still enjoyable overall but a bit simple, and somewhat of a let down from this producer.

Same as last tasting with creaminess, coconut, and Meyer lemon. Lovely now. With air, a bit of limestone chalkiness comes through. As much as I want to see this age, it’s awfully nice now— especially in halves. After being open for days (granted, in the refrigerator), it’s still awesome.

Meyer lemon, pear, ginger. Reasonable lift and plenty of spice to offset the sugar. With another 10-20 years this should develop delicious caramel notes, 92-94 pts.

Very nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Notes of white jasmine, peach and apricot on both the nose and palate. Some apple and caramel as well, but much less caramel than I’ve experienced from more mature Sauternes. Opened this and sampled over four days. Enjoyed the last glasses with dessert (apple tart and gateau au amanses) over the course of 45 minutes, and by this point it had really come together quite nicely. Was still young in character, and continued to evolve in the glass, but all the various components seemed really well integrated. This strong vintage will undoubtedly improve over the coming decades but is surprisingly good even at this young age.
