  Nose is sweet red fruits - cherry, raspberry - with leather, roasted nuts, newsprint, blueberry, floral and dusty notes. The palate is driven by dusty tannins and pure intense red fruit. Savory not sweet fruit is the predominant and hides the high alcohol (15%). The nose is more complex than the palate but the good acidity and savoriness make this a fine choice for food pairings.
