Showed very well directly pnp, and continued to evolve positively over 1 hour before the bottle was empty. Seamless, elegant, pure and perfumed. Loads of red berries, dried flowers, hint of sweet tobacco and soil alongside oak and clementine. 17's BR and village I find completely closed at the moment, but 1er cru and grand cru can still be pretty open!

Decanted for about 30 minutes prior to drinking (needed closer to an hour). Immense concentration and palate presence with dark yet ripe red fruit wrapped around a core of cedar, clove, and the slightest bit of cinnamon. Quite a warm body of fruit here, with a fair amount of acidity. Aromas of rose, cranberry, strawberry jam, and forest floor. Not as sauvage as I'd expect, a bit more new-world(?) perhaps with a clean and focused palate.
This needed some time to come alive but it certainly did. A treat to drink now but has many years ahead of it. I'd suggest waiting another 2-3 years before approaching this.
VVW blind levels tasting. One of the favorites of the night. 30% new oak, 100% destemmed, from Pousse's monopole subset of Caillerets. Easy. One of the most perfumed aromas of the night, strawberry, violet, and some baking spice. This even showed some coffee notes on day 2. Really attractive and one of my favorites of the night, if there's significantly more depth coming down the road, it's currently hiding it quite well IMO.

Appealing aromas with great dark violets and spices overlaid with a good berries of cherries and raspberries. Pronounced fresh wine with very good mouthfeel. Delicate. Good acidic perfumed red fruit and salts. Good finish. May be missing some details, but this is a very good wine. 92 points.
