le vin semble trop jeune.
Les sucres dominent, sans arôme qui se dégagent outre la cassonade.
On sent qu'il y a qq chose qui se prépare cependant. On attend pour la prochaine

Deep gold.
Medium plus intensity on the nose with orange, apple, peach, baked apple, hay, honey, cinnamon, caramel and hazlenut. Developing.
Pronounced and sweet on the palate. Medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, full body, long finish.
Can drink now but suitable for further aging. Great wine but just on the borderline of being cloying with the sweetness / acidity ratio.

A lovely lunch at Fien and Gert Jan (The home of Fien and Gert Jan): Vanilla, citrus, a whiff of anise, honey, a bit green too, concentrated and still quite young.
