  Zunächst wirkte der Wein plump und irgendwie schon drüber. An der Luft gewann der Wein ordentlich Struktur und Finesse! Fast altersfrei. Wirklich schön für das eher mittelmäßige Jahr! Schwer zu sagen wie lange er dieses Niveau halten kann?? Ich würde nicht mehr allzu lange warten! Lecker!!!

  Toller Gruve!!! Man merkt Ihm die 7 Jahre nicht an. Brauchhte Luft! Wunderschön zu trinken! Gehaltvoll, aber nicht fett, elegant, schöner Trinkfluss!! Hält noch bestimmt 3-4 Jahre!!

  Nice fruit, acidity, lime and pepper. Very enjoyable. Need to amend my review on day two: the wine strikes an excellent overall balance of fruitiness (peach, apricot), lime, and white pepper in both nose and palate. Medium length only but of very refreshing, yet round and complete character. One of my favourites thus year in terms of high quality at low price. Great value wine !

  Excellent "gruner veltiner" qui se présente dans un registre différent des vins habituels de ce cépage.
  Ce vin semble se situer entre un bourgogne blanc et un riesling.
  On retrouve au nez des notes très minérales avec la pierre à fusil, le pétrole mais également très fruités avec la poire (à l'ouverture) puis l'abricot.
  Belle trame en bouche, l'acidité apporte beaucoup de fraicheur et le vin est assez persistant.
  Belle bouteille.
