  페블레같은 대기업(?) 와인들마저 가격 상승세가 가파른 걸 보면 부르고뉴는 이젠 그만 마실때가 된거 같다.
  분명히 맛이 없는 곳은 아니고, 아니 맛이 있는 것에 왜 그런고 하니 페블레의 예전 가격을 알아서 그러지 싶다.
  아마 우리가 마실 수 있는 그 페블레의 가격으로 마실 수 있는 마지막 와인을 마신듯 싶다.
  
  향에서는 일단 코르크를 따자마자 느껴지는 딸기 계열의 과실향이 역시 프리미에 크뤼지 싶다.
  이어서 버섯 비슷한 향이 나는데 이걸 다른 사람은 먼지향이라고 표현할 수도 있지 싶다.
  시간이 한시간 정도 지나도 향이 약해진다는 느낌은 거의 없이 쭈욱 이어지는 편이다.
  
  맛에서는 중간 정도 바디, 산도에 약간 달콤한 듯한 맛이 나는데 실제 당도라기 보다는 향과 함께 더해지는 풍미에 가깝다.
  피니시도 꽤 긴편이라 입에 머물고 있는 그 느낌이 나쁘지 않다.
  18이라 조금 어리지 않을까 했는데 이정도면 밸런스까지 잘 잡혀 있어서 전혀 그런 느낌은 없었다.
  
  이 와인이 너무 좋아서 바로 구할 수 있는 루트를 찾아봤더니 2020 빈티지가 18 빈티지의 1.5배가 되어 있다.
  엄밀히 따지면 그 가격을 줘도 나쁘지 않은 퀄이긴 한데 이제는 맛의 문제라기 보다는 예전에 싸게 샀던 감성의 영역이라.
  내가 사긴 아깝고 남이 사면 "왜 이렇게 비싸졌대"하면서 맛있게 마실 와인의 영역으로 넘어간 것 같다.

  Light purple color
  
  Strong floral notes on the nose, with lilac hints of cherry and a bit of rhubarb
  Complex flavors, with strawberries, raspberries, honey, roasted nuts, nutmeg.
  
  Beautiful wine, medium bodied and creamy, medium acidity, and light, elegant tannins.
  
  This wine benefits from a bit of decant but it's great as soon as you open the bottle.

  Pretty ruby color and a lovely perfumed bouquet. Red and dark fruit, some earth and leather, good length and a firm finish. More approachable than I expected for a young Faiveley premier cru. Has great potential.

  Lovely expression of burgundy, though if you told me it was from the PNW I would believe you!

  Elegante anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
  Meglio aprirlo e sbicchierarlo 2 ore prima.
  Sicuramente aperto troppo presto, ma regala comunque qualche soddisfazione.
