  92-93 Lots of phenolic material, ripe and somewhat grapey. But lots of redeeming freshness to balance it out. Nit my preferred style of wine, but I am curious how it may age given nice freshness.

  Notes of black currants and vanilla. The black currant note is pure and pleasant. Though I was hoping for more complexity at this price point.

  After a couple of hours decanting it opened up to a very balanced and smooth wine.
