Had this in Zalto Bordeaux and Grassl 1855 glass. The wine is in my opinion really good. It shows notes of pepper - black olives - olive tapenade - blue berry - and on the palate you also get a little brighter juicier fruit....there are some tannins but they are very well integrated. Have the wine in both 2019 and 2020 , but so far the 2021 is by far the best.

Meaty syrah: Blueberry up front, moving quickly into a savory core with the classic bacon and beef flavors. Finish is good on acidity. Good mouthfeel. Really nice if you like this kind of Syrah.

Cedar, black pepper and green bell pepper were there with some black fruit. Unsweetened Blackberry for me. I thoughts Cab Sav us supposed to have Green Bell Pepper, but for me it was clearly there.

Pure, yet with a fine form of concentration. Blueberry, white pepper, bacon fat, lavender and spice. This flows and has a sour cherry aspect at the tail end. Grainy tannins, that still remain elegant. Possibly my favorite yet. Another two years would help this show, and is better on day two. There’s dimension. Medium to full in body. Drink 2026 - 2036.
