Purchased from original owner - sat in a Portland restaurant cellar for decades. Ullage in neck. Popped cork, which was saturated almost all the way up. Sat open in bottle for 1 hour, then decanted and consumed over two hours. Fragrant. Initially lots of smoke, which evolved to cherry and dark fruits. Flavors of smoke and cherry, which evolved to darker fruits and spice. Light tannins appeared around hour 3. Very long finish. Quite complex. Medium-full bodied, but feminine. At times, this almost seemed like perfume in mouth.
