Margaux dinner at Erbaluce. A little oxidized, and some liked it more than I, but very good density and length and paired well with a seafood soup with an amazing stock.

Deep yellow color. Starts out with an oxidized quality- though subtle; blows off leaving almond and citrus oil notes. Citrus, almond and stone qualities. Nice acidity. Medium finish.

Château Margaux vertical dinner (Taberna Del Alabardero): This was sadly oxidized. On the palate, there is structure to be sure, but there is too much Sherry to be really considered for "point scoring"

Chateau Margaux dinner with Thibault Pontallier (Taberna del Alabardero, Washington D.C.): Dark yellow but clear and bright. Unfortunately it is slightly oxidized with a hint of madeira. It never blows off. The nose is quite rich with nice dry yellow fruit.
