K&L Tasting. Nose of minerals, yeast, apple/peach tart, and touch of Mrs. Dash spices, more of the same on the palate, lovely and tasty, a standout today, medium/big body, and medium/long finish.

K&L Tasting. A real surprise when I finished the Dom Perignon, I heard the cork pop on a new bottle and the pourer asked if I would like to taste a 1973. I replied that I was married in 1973 and it would be a pleasure and a treat. Lovely tiny bubbles, small mousse, yeast, baked tart, and minerals on the nose, more of the same on the palate, medium body, mature, lively, mouth filling, and long, long finish. Tasted five times this day, fabulous champagne, my wine of the day!!!!

K&L Tasting. I bought one bottle of this based on the three antique grape varietals in this champagne. Nose of walnut, minerals, chalk, and citrus, more of the same on the palate, dry and lots of tension on the palate resulted in a surprising taste, very mouth filling, unique and tasty, and a long. long finish.

K&L Tasting. Lovely and rich nose of white grapefruit, brioche, yeast, spring flowers, and light citrus, more of the same on the palate, improved over last year's tasting but ageing gracefully, tasty, complex impression on the palate, subtle but successful, medium/big body, and medium/long finish.
