Beautful syrah - loads of personality - smoke, meat, dark fruit, good acidity. In a really nice spot at the moment. I was impressed. 92

Really good Tuscan red. New world in style, almost like a Napa cab that costs twice as much. Drinking great now, but will ride smoothly for another 3 or 4 years. Good juice 90+

I agree that the syrah dominates, but I thought this was a nice blend and paired perfectly with mojo marinated grilled whole chicken. Big and Dark - Nice 90

Form 3L. Took to a boy's trip fly fishing on the Norfork River and popped and drank while my Hogs played Bama. Damn Hogs..... Anyway, this was quite a surprise and very good for the $. What a great looking large format bottle. 88

Funk, funk, FUNK on the nose. Splash decanted for an hour, and the funk blew off (a little). Lots of creamy oak, loads up fruit, ready now. Pretty damn pleasing. Not sure about the entry price though..... 90

From 1 Liter. Decanted for 2 hours then poured and let sit for another hour. Beautiful bouquet of sweet fruit and spice. Had a nice, almost creamy mouthfeel. Tannins are already tame and I thought this was quite nice. Interesting to see all the conflicting notes/scores. I have a close source for discount bottles and picked this up for about $35, which was a great price, but at $70, pass..... Very enjoyable though. 92

Very solid, entry level Napa Cab. Good nose, plenty of tannin back bone, spice, and the Oak was in check. would buy again at $25. 90

I was expecting more. Light in color (and flavor) for a cali syrah. Decent, but not worth the $ when you can roll with a Tensley. 88

Points based on potential. Too much oak at the moment, but I would be willing to bet that it integrates with the luscious fruit and becomes a damn nice cab. 91

Not your typical pinot,as the other hundreds have suggested - but after 2 hours in the decanter then cooled a tad, it was really good. Biggest Pinot I have ever had, and that is probably why I liked it so much. Not worth the $40+, but got hooked up with a half case for $100, and at that price it's a funcking steal. Had the Dairyman a while back and C&T smoked it. Next up is the Las Altura bottling. Big, Bold, Smooth, Fun - Kinda of that chunky chick in high school that was ALMOST pretty enough to want to date. 91

My first Dairyman - You definitely have to like the style, but I thought it was tasty. Big and oaky, lots of fruit. Syrah like in essence. Still a touch young. Hold for another year at least.90 now
