By coincidence it is almost to the date 5 years since I tasted this wine latest. And everything is the same - it is still not developed in any tertiary sense. A bit more fruit than 5 years ago. I give it another 5 years…

Holding up completely since my note from 2016 and I have re-tasted this more times with equally impressive results. Of course more mature now bit still with a nice grip and freshness. Sorry that I have one bottle left.

Holding up well and disguising its 15% alcohol very well. Good fruit and still some tannins - excellent with red meat. Good value.

Past its prime but still okay. Now lighter than before and lost some fruit. Tertiary notes are not there yet.

This is best white Burgundy 2008 I have had and this also includes a number of Grand Crus.

The texture is oily and silky. The wine - cellared in a cool Cellar - needed time to open up and decanting brought forward a very balanced Wine. Superb acidity and very clean. Parallel with the Citrus there is the typical Meursault fattiness.

Powerful and excellent wine for this level. Tons of fruit built on a robust skeleton of balanced body of medium weight with high intensity.

Needs time to develop so it is beneficial to decanter it if drinking it now.

Initially quite sweet and with time more PM-like with chalky notes.
A bit short in the end.
White - Off-dry

From MG. I have had this before and this time it was a bit disappointing. Dark colour compared to other bottles and the raciness was less apparent than tasted earlier. Probably due to bottle variation because there was no sign of being over the top.

From MG - One of the successful wines in the 2015 vintage. A clean and balanced wine which documents that Tessier also in 2015 has managed to produce a wine which is cool clinate and very enjoyable.

Good fruit and very much Pacalet which means no tannins. Light and elegant NSG.

A massive acid attack is waiting you. Tight and young this wine gradually opens up and reveals subtle and delicate notes. There is an abundance of flavours of citrus, sweetness, apples and things to be developed.
Obviously more cellartime will reward the patient.

Very sweet reminding of a German Spätburgunder.
The colour was more purple than red and obvious that no filtrering has been done.
After some time more focused with nice fruity flavours. The last sip was a bit too warm and the marmeladelike note reappeared.
Enjoyable everydaywine for early drinking and at a low temperature. Under conditions a very nice wine.

Still Young since the initial feel is polished tannins - could easily do with 5-10 more years cellaring.
Very balanced and really good depth with plenty of fruit waiting to develop further.
Enjoyable now but can be cellared more as mentioned.

Medium body and nice fruit left.

Excellent.

No trace of the warmth in 2003 - the wine is in balance and has no trace of cooking or marmelade.

This rather stringent is however still unusual since it is dominated by light red berries together with a quite distinct fleshiness and meaty flavours.

Very interesting.

A great wine and a testament to that 2004 is undervalued or misunderstoid.

This was ethereal, airy and on a completely surprising level for this cuvee.

Perfect combination of fleshiness, sweetness and complexity making this irreelt enjoyable.

The discussion point was if the slight whiff was Cork or just a feature of the 2004 vintage.
In my mind there was no doubt - there was a very slight hint of cork which distracted the nose but did not affect the taste.
Compared to the earlier bottle tried the was more Down to earth - a good solid wine with a good robust body and very good sweetness.

Very interesting. Fine example of a sekt made on Riesling and it does really express the Riesling character. Steely and exteemely well-suites to oysters and shellfish. Great wine.

Smooth polished and with a lot of fruit and power well hidden away. It will be excellent but only after extended cellaring. Probably 20 years.
It will be interesting to see how it will develop.

Very good structure and after some time did it start to open and display some delicate fruit.
